ING SPAIN

Designing the Virtual Meeting Experience

The goal was to reduce the perceived distance between financial advisors and clients, bringing the world of investment closer to a new generation of users while preserving the brand’s professional identity.

The project focused on creating a seamless connection between digital interaction and physical space. I designed a custom interior setting and the overall user experience, transforming a simple video call into a carefully curated environment that reflects ING’s values and brand presence.

The concept was to recreate the warmth of a domestic setting—a small corner of a home from which ING advisors interact with clients—translating the familiarity of face-to-face meetings into the digital sphere. By humanizing the virtual office, the space conveys a sense of proximity and trust: a subtle “my home is your home” atmosphere within a remote interaction.

This project illustrates how interior design can support emerging technologies, shaping spaces specifically conceived for virtual communication and the evolving culture of remote work.
